About MIT

Me In Therapy offers comprehensive mental health services, combining individual and group therapy to support clients in their emotional, psychological, and relational growth.


Mission:
To foster healing, insight, and fulfillment by providing safe, collaborative therapeutic spaces. We believe that both one-on-one and group interactions are powerful tools for transformation.


Approach:
We use evidence-based modalities (e.g. Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness) chosen to best align with a client’s needs. The group format adds community, validation, and opportunities to practice interpersonal skills, while individual work allows deeper self-exploration.
